Make Salvaged Jewelry
Description: Breaking the standard mentality that “I have to buy my supplies new or thrifted in its unused state”, students will work with salvaged jewelry for their intended pieces. The majority of their jewelry will be made from breaking old pieces down and redesigning new jewelry from those pieces, or using them to inspire a different artistic approach. Students are welcome to bring in pieces that they may have considered reimagining, breaking down completely, or that may need a bit of a refreshing repair.
Materials Included: All necessary tools and materials, but feel free to bring your own pieces to work with.
