Bias Trim & Edge Finishes
Prerequisite: You must know how to use a sewing machine or have taken Beginner Sewing 1.
Description: We will cover the different types of bias trims and edge finishes, when to use them and how to make them. Students will make samples to have for reference and a simple project if time permits.
Materials Included: Sewing machines, fabrics and all necessary tools and materials.

Instructor: Kay Enyart
Kay Enyart is a Pattern Professor, Pattern Designer and textile consultant with over 30 years of experience. Most recently teaching at The Art Center her past accomplishments include working with Mood Fabrics, The Sewing Arts Center and Perpetual Motion Films. She earned a B.S. at UCLA and attended the Beverly Hills Design Institute. Kay is also an active member of several Museums and Sewing societies around the world.
Location:
All classes take place UPSTAIRS in our CREATIVE SPACE unless otherwise noted. Use the exterior stairs on the side of the building to enter.
