Bachata Series, Fridays
Fridays – 5 class series June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26, July 10 – 8:00-9:00pm
Description: The Bachata is a playful Latin dance that is typically danced at dance clubs. This style is danced with soft hip motions, turns and side-to-side footwork. The music of Bachata is very recognizable for its predominant use of the electric guitar combined with Caribbean and Latin musical influences.
Suggested: Wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable to dance in.
With over 15 years of experience as performer, dancer, choreographer, and instructor, Alicia specializes in Latin rhythm dances. She has trained with several world champion instructors, and has performed at various venues, events, and festivals in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, to name a few. She is the owner/director of Salsea Dance Team based in Los Angeles, and home of multiple-time award winners, with dances directed by Alicia Valiente.

This class will take place in the Room 7 dance studio in the back of the building next to Donations.
